1. ONLINE STORE & ELIGIBILITY TERMS

• All purchases made on this website must be for personal or household use only. Commercial resale or bulk ordering for unauthorized distribution is strictly prohibited.
• A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services and cancellation of active orders.
2. ACCURACY OF PRODUCT INFORMATION & PRICING ERRORS
• We make every effort to display the colors, images, and descriptions of our products as accurately as possible. Minor cosmetic variations may occur and shall not be deemed as defects.
• Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product or service without prior notice.
• Pricing Error Clause: In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical, system, or technical error, The Trendy Basket reserves the right to refuse, modify, or cancel any orders placed for that product, even if the order has been confirmed and paid for. A full refund will be issued in such cases.
3. ORDER CONFIRMATION & CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) VERIFICATION
• For all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team reserves the right to contact you via Call, SMS, or WhatsApp to verify your delivery address and confirmation intent before dispatching the product.
• We reserve the absolute right to refuse, restrict, or cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity, incorrect contact details, spam traffic, or an incomplete/unverifiable delivery address.
4. SHIPPING, DELIVERY & TRANSIT RESPONSIBILITIES
• We offer Free Shipping across India. While we strive to deliver products within 5 to 7 business days, delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally vary due to courier delays, regional holidays, or unforeseen logistics issues.
• Once an order is processed, dispatched from our warehouse, and handed over to our courier partners (such as Shiprocket, Delhivery, or Xpressbees), the shipment cannot be canceled mid-transit under any circumstances.
5. RETURN, REPLACEMENT, AND MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO POLICY
• Our return and replacement requests are valid strictly for 5 days from the exact date of delivery, subject to the conditions mentioned in our Return & Refund Policy.
• ⚠️ Mandatory Rule: To claim an exchange, replacement, or refund for damaged, broken, or missing items, customers must provide a clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video of the parcel from start to finish (showing the courier label clearly). Without a valid unboxing video proof, no claims or returns will be entertained under any circumstances.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
• To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, The Trendy Basket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the actual amount paid by the customer for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
7. GOVERNING LAW & LEGAL JURISDICTION
• These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of your usage of this website or purchases shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Munger, Bihar, India.

• We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
